Story
My journey began in the United States Navy, where I proudly served for 24 years. I started as an enlisted Sailor and earned my commission as a Naval Officer, giving me a unique, full-spectrum view of leadership — from the deckplates to senior leadership.
Throughout my career, one lesson stood above the rest: leadership begins with clarity. When people understand the mission, their role, and the standard, they perform with purpose.
I learned that confidence is built — not given. It comes from preparation, accountability, and consistent execution under pressure. Courage is required not only in moments of crisis, but in everyday decisions: having difficult conversations, standing by your values, and choosing integrity over convenience. And respect — for people, for position, and for perspective — is what binds strong teams together.
After retiring from military service, I continued serving in the Federal Government, where I expanded my experience in strategic leadership and organizational effectiveness. Eventually, I answered a deeper calling: entrepreneurship and executive coaching.
Today, I work with leaders who want to grow with intention. My coaching helps them gain clarity in their direction, build confidence in their leadership presence, act with courage in pivotal moments, and foster cultures grounded in respect.
Beyond my professional life, I am a devoted husband to my wife, a father to one child, and a man of faith. These roles shape how I lead and how I serve — with humility, conviction, and a deep commitment to people.
